My goal is to encourage therapy to be challenging in a positive way, not stressful. I am a Registered Psychologist working with youth and adults with an array of presenting concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, assertiveness, and stress management. It is my goal to help empower you by utilizing your strengths.
