About Us

I am deeply passionate about helping clients who are struggling with regulating difficult emotions (anger, anxiety, sadness), symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder, and dealing with aftermath of traumatic stressors. At times, we need an objective compassionate outside perspective to help us go through challenging circumstances and I strive to provide this to all my clients. I work with clients to set realistic and attainable goals in areas they wish to work on as well as process emotions that are bubbling up and getting in the way of pursuing value directions. , My clinical approach integrates cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, and attachment-focused approaches. In addition to these techniques, I often employ motivational interviewing to help clients clarify values and goals, explore ambivalence about change, and maintain motivation to pursue their goals. , Deciding to access psychotherapy can be a big step and finding a psychologist can be challenging.
