I enjoy working with a variety of clients, with adult clients I offer Somatic Experiencing, practicing from a trauma informed lens, I utilize strengths based and Family Systems theory. I work with a lot of youth and families that are struggling with anxiety, stress, self-esteem, and family conflict. I support couples seeking to communicate better understand each other and improve their relationship. , I offer a variety of treatments depending on client need. With couples I use Gottman Couples therapy and with individuals and families I use a combination of Somatic experiencing, strengths-based and family systems. , I have been told that I have a very calm presence which allows people to settle in to the space and feel comfortable to share with me.
