By creating a safe space to explore and process your experiences, and build on your own strengths, we can develop new insights and skills along the way. I have training in a variety of evidence-based approaches including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Grief Recovery Method (GRM) and Somatic Experiencing (SEP). I use an integrative approach to customize therapy to individual needs.
