In my approach to counselling and therapy, I strive to offer a gentle, compassionate and comfortable space, honouring the courage and strength it takes to step into counselling. I aim to help people navigate the complexities of life by collaboratively exploring experiences together to help people gain a deeper understanding and awareness to reach their unique goals. I embrace a variety of approaches that\xa0centre\xa0on people’s resources, knowledge, and\xa0stories, while also recognizing how our lives are\xa0deeply\xa0embedded within environmental, societal and cultural contexts. , My experiences in counselling and mental health field including working in post-secondary counselling centres, as well as non-profit agencies. I work with a variety of concerns, with specific interests including supporting clients navigate depression, anxiety, self-compassion, academic difficulties, career development and uncertainty, grief and trauma. , Finding a therapist can be an overwhelming process.
