I have built my practice around strengths-based, integrative modalities including Synergetic Play Therapy, Theraplay, expressive arts, sandplay, Polyvagal theory, CBT, somatic and mindfulness based practices. , I am experienced in working individually with children, adolescents and parents. I also have experience working with families of various configurations, including non-traditional, foster and adoption/kinship.
