About Us

I am currently accepting new clients! I offer both short-term and long-term psychotherapy sessions aimed to support meaningful change. My practice focuses on supporting those facing challenges with addictions either with substances or behavioural addictions such eating disorders or sex addictions, and/or those struggling with multiple addictions. We will look into the root causes of how these addiction patterns developed as a way of survival from early conditioning and experiences of attachment trauma. , My work encompasses a client-centered, strength based, and anti-oppressive approach. My chosen modalities are grounded in attachment theory, the power of re-telling our stories in a meaningful way, various trauma informed interventions and somatic focused work as well as Spirituality. I am someone that loves to work with someone on the soul level. , With empathic understanding, curiosity and openness, I welcome tuning into the inner wisdom and self-knowledge that the mind, body and spirit hold. I strive to invite all parts of my clients in a way that feels supportive and am honoured to walk alongside you in your path to healing, holding space along the way with care.
