During COVID, traumas and past fears seem to have been activated and often the result is an addiction–sometimes to a substance like alcohol or drugs, or sometimes to a behaviour like gambling or working too hard. It seems like life has become more difficult, however by changing some habits, life can improve. , My specialties are addictions and trauma. I believe that both can be overcome by changing habits, by replacing bad habits with good habits. Habits are used by virtually everyone and everyone has the capacity to change habits.
