In my capacity as a student intern therapist, I have gained experience in areas of childhood trauma, relational issues, depression, anxiety, stress, body image, and domestic violence. , As a Mental Health Therapist, my approach is integrative in nature, though primarily grounded in psychodynamic healing, I also draw upon Somatic Experiencing (SE), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindfulness-Based Therapies. , Providing anti-oppressive, culturally sensitive care which centres the client as the expert, while inviting collaboration to guide the experience, as well as connecting through authenticity and kindness is highly important to me.
