Well hello there! My name is Callista Mason and I am a Registered Social Worker and educator based in Lethbridge, AB. I am passionate about supporting people on their journey to healing and personal fulfillment in various capacities including individual & couples counselling, group therapy and community development. I believe that no two people are the same and therefore draw on strategies from various therapeutic approaches to meet your needs.
