About Us

Hi, I’m Caitlin Heim (she/her), and I have five years of experience working in the mental health field. I entered this field because I am inspired by the resilience of people and their ability to adapt, grow, and heal, in the face of life’s difficulties. I enjoy working with clients of all ages including children, teens, and adults. Part of my work involves supporting clients in understanding their emotions, building meaningful connections, and developing the inner capacity to face life with confidence. While addressing the unique needs they bring to therapy.\n\n , When working with kids and teens, I provide a supportive space to process overwhelming emotions, school pressures, relationship challenges, helping build confidence and healthy ways to cope. For adults, I offer support to navigate stress, manage anxiety, improve emotion regulation, strengthen relationships, and work through life transitions. , Whether addressing self-esteem, processing past experiences, or finding balance in daily life, I tailor my approach to meet each person’s unique needs.
