My professional experience has focused on supporting military members and families, supporting veterans, supporting caregivers, bereavement support and supporting addiction recovery. I have a Masters in Counselling and I am a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). , When we meet we will begin discussing the changes or goals that you want to work on. We will develop a therapeutic plan together to best meet your unique goals. Individual sessions are 50 minutes long.
