As a Registered Provisional Psychologist, I aim to create a warm and welcoming space where we can come together as a team to explore any challenges you may be experiencing. I am passionate about supporting children (ages 5+), adolescents, and adults working through stress, anxiety, depression, grief, overwhelming emotions, and relationship challenges. , I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to counselling, as everyone’s life experiences are unique and so too are their counselling needs. I take an integrative approach and draw from a multitude of counselling modalities to best fit your needs as a client. , The modalities that I draw upon include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), mindful self-compassion, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and synergetic play therapy (SPT).
