Welcome. Are you an adult who has experienced difficulties and are looking to make change in your life? You may be struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, difficult relationships, complex PTSD, personality (attachment) disorder, ADHD, grief/loss. Together we will address these concerns so you can live a better and more balanced life. I offer an integrative approach drawing from a variety of modalities: CBT, DBT, EMDR, EFT, Jungian-oriented psychology, mindfulness, and positive psychology. My approach to therapy is collaborative and strengths-based. , You may benefit from my therapy as follows: 1. Emotional healing through telling your story and processing past and present difficulties. 2. Learning skills that help you to manage and take ownership of your life. 3. Gaining insight into your own strengths, patterns, values. 4. Improving interpersonal relationships. 5. Finding meaning and purpose. , I am a Therapist and Clinical Social Worker and have worked for over 20 years in community mental health clinics, hospitals, non-profit and private practice.
