My ideal clients are adults who are struggling with life transitions, mood disorders, personality disorders or making any desired changes in their life. I have built my counselling practice around mindfulness, with a special interest in Mindful Self-Compassion. I am dedicated to helping adults learn to develop the confidence to create change and heal from depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, borderline personality disorder, body image concerns and low self esteem. , I have received training from the Marsha Linehan Institute in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. Other therapeutic interventions that I utilize are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Strength Based Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy and I practice from a trauma sensitive perspective. , Mount Blakiston is the tallest peak in Waterton. It is a beautifully diverse mountain, yet visibly daunting. Similarly, life can be difficult, overwhelming, even daunting.
