Hey, I’m Arin! I am a Counselling Therapist with a dual Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology and Art Therapy. This means I am trained to work with traditional talk therapy in combination with creative arts-based interventions. My approach is casual and authentic, and I find deep meaning in the work I do with my clients. I mostly work with somatic, arts-based and feminist philosophies in order to help you integrate and rediscover personal strength in the face of adversity. , I offer specialized counselling for survivors of sexual violence and domestic/intimate partner violence. The pain and devastation resulting from these experiences require gentle pacing and care, and I would be honoured to walk with you through the healing process. , I firmly believe in holistic care, and I often recommend other resources, including massage therapy, yoga, acupuncture or other body-based practices. I want to help you reconnect with your body and mind to create space for compassion and rest. I look forward to hearing from you!
