Not accepting new clients.\n\nI believe therapy is built on trust, safety, and mutual respect, and so I bring my real self to the therapeutic relationship in order to meet and discover the ‘self’ you want to become. Together we will explore the physical, emotional, and environmental factors creating friction in your life, and work towards sustainable and meaningful change. This may include learning new skills, processing emotions, and finding meaning in your past and present experiences. Life is full of challenges, and I will accompany you in learning to build resilience in the face of those challenges without becoming overwhelmed , I have worked with individuals experiencing, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, low self esteem, sleep issues, and the effects of trauma. Often, my clients are juggling more than one of these challenges. My approach is flexible and eclectic, with emphasis on exploring and pursuing the values important to you. , " My clients share that I bring warmth, authenticity, and a calm presence to our sessions, acknowledging individual strengths and the uniqueness of your life experiences.
