I strive to provide a safe and non-judgemental therapeutic environment where clients feel comfortable to share how they are experiencing life and where they are struggling. My focus is to meet my clients where they are at and to work collaboratively with them to make the changes they want to see in their lives. I specialize in helping those who experience anxiety, depression, difficulty in relationships, anger issues, and life transitions. I support clients to challenge themselves, evaluate patterns, explore their inner experiences, increase awareness of emotions, and to process past hurts so that they can heal and move forward. , I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in individual therapy and couples and family therapy. I work from a collaborative approach, informed primarily by Person-Centered, Humanistic-Existential Therapy, and Family Systems therapies, while also implementing aspects of other therapies to support clients to meet their goals. , I believe that we all have the potential to overcome adversity, to heal, to grow, and to see change. Life can bring us challenges that we are not equipped to manage on our own, perhaps I can walk along with you on your journey through this difficult time toward a more fulfilled life.
