I treat individuals ages 18+ who are going through difficult life circumstances including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, and job/school stress. I also manage medications for Bipolar Disorder and schizophrenia. My clinical practice goes beyond specialized knowledge in behavioral sciences. I enjoy working with individuals who are seeking therapeutic treatment which acknowledges the interconnectedness between mind, spirit, and body. , I offer psychiatric mental health services, primarily through medication management. My commitment is to support people in working towards relief from emotional difficulties and becoming their best selves by holistically integrating psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, and guidance on lifestyle modifications. , You are not just a diagnosis to me, you are foremost a human.
