Unlike most psychiatrists, I practice as a concierge psychotherapist, using light medication, when needed. I utilize cognitive, existential, and paradoxical methods to assist patients of all types to manage their issues in balanced, profound, serene, and insightful manners. The goals are to develop enhanced inner and interpersonal strengths, skills, and perspectives. These enable a more astute navigation of the ever-changing and enigmatic terrains of life.
