Originally from San Juan, PR, Alina M. Galliano-Pardo, M.D. completed her medical school and residency training at University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Galliano-Pardo has been practicing psychiatry for over fifteen years and has diagnosed and treated thousands of patients. She is a Fellow in both the American Psychiatric Association and the American Society of Addiction Medicine. She is one of few private practice psychiatrists on Florida’s First Coast who is board certified in both General Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine and is the only female. , She treats many disorders, such as, depression, anxiety/ panic disorders, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder. As a part of her treatment plan, she provides medication management for psychiatry and addiction disorders (MAT) combined with psychotherapy. , She believes that providers should offer options that are based on the latest research and medical evidence, while keeping in mind, what is best for each patient.
