About Us

I treat patients with a variety of mental health conditions: Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, PTSD, Schizophrenia, SUD, BPD. I have the privilege to work with a diverse population providing culturally competent care and eliminate stigmas associated with mental health. I will be honored to help you navigate your mental health. We will empower you with coping skills to lead a productive life. It is always challenging when your life changes direction, whether anticipated or not. Sometimes we need some new tools to help us dealing with these changes. We assess, diagnose, treat mental health conditions. , I apply a holistic approach to solving problems. I look at the whole person, not just their mental health needs. I also look at their physical, emotional, social and spiritual health to determine the best cause of treatment for the patient. My goal is to assess, diagnose and treat mental health needs of patients. I focus on Supportive and talk therapy. , I am passionate about supporting clients and families with the tools to understand and manage behaviors to lead more balanced and meaningful lives. My professional interests include medication management and psychotherapy. I enjoy assisting clients to become the best version of themselves and to overcome issues that may hinder them.
