I am trained in several types of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy . , I have a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Connecticut and am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with fifteen years of clinical experience supporting individuals in therapy, crisis and multiple other settings.
