I’ve helped many adults and children seeking support during times of transition, emotional confusion or family stress. Practice members are looking to understand themselves, improve relationships and their parenting. Some struggle to explain themselves clearly and effectively. Many of my clients are seeking a PDA affirming and trained practitioner. , I provide person centered, psychodynamic therapy and specialize in neurodivergence. I offer parent consultation, groups and coaching and work to raise awareness of the PDA profile. Peers can seek consultation on PDA or join my case consultation group through PDANA. , " I ask questions.... but deeply listen. My responses are thoughtful, and I offer the respect and safety you deserve. A weekly space for clarity, calm and unfolding self-awareness is a commitment you make to yourself.
