I work to instill hope and motivation in my clients. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Addiction Professional, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional in the state of Florida. , I have worked in various environments including high school, college, residential treatment, and outpatient treatment. I utilize solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and accelerated resolution therapy (ART) in my work with clients. , My experience has been in working with individuals struggling with stress management, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, complex PTSD, relationship issues, substance abuse/addiction, and grief and loss.
