Having worked with clients for 20+ years, I understand that the decision to enter into therapy is not one to be taken lightly. I know that when people have questions in their lives, they want answers and they want them as quickly as possible. My goal is to help people -- men and women, straight and gay, young and old -- live fulfiling lives free from stress, depression and anxiety. I work with individuals and couples and have morning, afternoon and evening appointments available. I am also available for online sessions so you can see me from your home or office. , My approach to therapy is simple: I believe that at times it is difficult for us to see things in our lives clearly. My goal is to help you re-adjust your way of looking at yourself and your world, and to help you realize what is possible. , I believe that the most important aspect of therapy is the relationship that develops between you and me. I provide individualized care -- no answering services, receptionists, etc. -- and will initially meet with you at no cost to make sure we can work well together.
