My approach is nonjudgemental and client-centered. I am passionate about helping others grow through mental health and realize that life can be challenging and creating change can be difficult. I have been providing individuals with mental health treatment for 8 years and find my clinical strength is with individuals who struggle with thinking pattern errors, anxiety, depression, anger, parenting, and marriage discourse. I focus a lot on thinking patterns, emotions, behaviors, and their connections as well as building insight and awareness into thoughts and behaviors that create barriers in life or sustain challenges. , My objective is to create an atmosphere of acceptance. Understanding and to allow clients to feel safe while processing their thoughts and feelings while gently providing psycho-education and techniques to assist.
