NOW Accepting New Clients! I am an experienced licensed clinician that works with older adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and/or trauma. I am going to take the time to learn about all aspects of your life, then we will make a plan together on how to best help you move forward. I am looking for people that are ready to make changes and open to using an integrative approach to treatment in which we look at how food, exercise, sleep, and stress management are impacting your mental health. I am looking for people that are comfortable using teletherapy. , As a certified Integrative Mental Health Professional with expertise in personal training and plant-based nutrition, I will help you to identify root causes of your mental health concerns and teach you how to make sustainable and healthy changes in your life. I can help people with complex and severe mental health issues and co-occuring disorders. , I am currently accepting new clients so please feel free to reach out. With a growing need for mental health services, I am building my private practice and hoping to support more people in need.
