I established my career working and learning within trauma-informed therapy practices where I practiced a balance of CBT and somatic-based interventions. I treat those who have been diagnosed with ADHD and learning disabilities, as well as adolescents struggling with minor substance use. , I am a young mother of two wonderful children who understands and empathizes with the needs of parents and the emotional difficulties parenthood can provide. I hold a masters degree in both Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Music Therapy. I incorporate expressive therapies into not only therapy sessions, but my own daily life.
