About Us

I have 30 years of experience in working with children and youth in the school system. I am trained in multi generational family counselling, family mediation,I parent education and CBT. I can help parents in gaining a better understanding of their children by looking at family patterns, improving communication skills and understanding developmental stages and transition needs of individual family members. I have years of experience with anxious, depressed and at risk youth and work with both their individual needs and impact within their family and community systems. , I offer both individual and family counselling. I can work with youth that are experiencing a great deal of stress in their lives. I can also help families who are struggling to understand and deal more effectively with their children. , I am an experienced therapist who believes in personal connection before technique to understand the inner experience of the client. I am curious, non-judgemental, humorous and use my many years as a professional in the school system, a mother and as a flawed individual with many trials and tribulations to help understand our life circumstances.
